Assisted Rehoming Group – Application

We welcome your questions, feedback, stories, and general enquiries—every message helps us improve and continue advocating for better bird welfare.

If you have a medical or other immediate concern about your bird, please contact an avian (or your nearest available) veterinarian.

For vet clinics and carers seeking longer term care for found/surrendered birds, please use this form.

If you live in Australia and suspect a bird (or any other animal) is a victim of cruelty, please contact the RSPCA or submit an online report.

Before You Get In Touch

We do our best to help every bird and every person who contacts us—but as a small, volunteer-run sanctuary, we have to prioritise urgent cases. Due to work hours, our emails are most often monitored and replied to in the evenings and on weekends (AWST).

If a bird is in immediate danger, please contact your nearest vet.

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
